Further to the discussion between MetOceanWorks and Vortex, we have commissioned an independent review of Vortex SERIES technology at offshore locations.

This report contains the results of a number of model validations, comparing both Vortex downscaled and ERA5 wind speeds and directions against measurements from eight different locations across European waters, as well as three off the east coast of the United States of America, and one off the north-west coast of India.
